    Ideal base for exploring Kaohsiung. A little noisy hotel, even so with outstandingly accommodating staff and very good wi-fi. Particularly good location, just a walk down to everywhere.

    Beds were not very comfortable.

    Courteous, knowledgeable and professional staff. Self-contained with a high-class department store, food court, and supermarket. Excellent facilities, restaurants, and 5-star experiences at an inexpensive cost.

    The staff were friendly and helpful. Great pool, gym, and squash court. Excellent food at the Taiwanese restaurant. Steak house had superb steak. Good bakery in lobby. Room was quiet and spacious with great bedding. Breakfast buffet was busy but ok. Lounge breakfast was much nicer.

    Convenient location between train station and airport. Commercial district with shops, restaurants, and night market nearby. Excellent service, staff brought mattress pad for uncomfortable bed. Great sauna and pool with harbor view. All amenities within building, no need to leave.

    Great location, stunning views and excellent service. My stay was very enjoyable and the hotel had many restaurants and shopping options nearby. The view from my room was breathtaking, especially at night. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the fact that the staff was very accommodating and attentive. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

    The TV service wasn't great and there were some occasional banging noises that were a bit disruptive, but these were only minor inconveniences that didn't detract from my overall experience. In terms of improvements, it might be worthwhile for the hotel to upgrade their TV service and soundproofing to make the rooms even more comfortable.
